You need to detoxify your body from sugar if you want to lose weight and also to protect your health and this 21-day sugar detox diet plan will help you.
Below is a 21-day diet plan for sugar detox recommended by our Go Fit Stay Fit team. While on this diet, you are only permitted to consume sugar from fruits.
This is the weekly plan:
Day 1:
Breakfast: Cucumber and tomato salad with two boiled eggs
Snack: Pomegranate
Lunch: Veggie soup, tuna, and brown rice.
Snack: Orange juice
Dinner: Spinach and onions with baked pork
Day 2:
Breakfast: Two bananas and Greek yogurt
Snack: A handful of almonds
Lunch: One apple and chicken salad
Snack: One cup of berries
Dinner: Vegetable salad
Day 3:
Breakfast: 1 glass of orange juice and fruit salad
Snack: veggie soup
Lunch: Veggies and turkey steak
Snack: One apple
Dinner: Steamed chicken breast and greens
Day 4:
Breakfast: Asparagus with omelet, pepper, and tomato
Snack: A handful of walnuts
Lunch: Veggies and Tomato soup
Snack: One grapefruit
Dinner: Veggies with grilled salmon
Day 5:
Breakfast: One banner with oatmeal and soy milk
Snack: one apple
Lunch: Chicken breast and mushroom soup
Snack: One glass of orange juice
Dinner: Chicken soup and vegetables
Day 6:
Breakfast: Vegetable salad and two boiled eggs
Snack: a handful of almonds
Lunch: two bananas and bean salad
Snack: A glass of juice with one apple
Dinner: cheese and tomatoes with baked fish
Day 7:
Breakfast: Ham and cheese with two slices of whole grain toast
Snack: protein bar with one glass of soy milk
Lunch: ½ cup of tuna with spinach and grilled broccoli
Breakfast: Cheese and ham with 2 slices of whole grain toast
Snack: Protein bar and a glass of soy milk
Snack: berries and Greek yogurt
Dinner: fresh veggies and creamy broccoli soup
Stick to this 21- day diet plan after which you will pause for 7 days. You may continue with the diet for another 21 days.
Rules to follow for this diet:
- Avoid soda
- Drink lots of water
- Avoid tea, coffee, and alcohol
- Avoid taking dinner after 8 pm
- Exercise regularly
- Avoid cakes, cookies, and sweets
- Have plenty of sleep
- Relieve stress by meditation and practice yoga
- Avoid skipping meal
- Speak with your doctor or nutritionist before starting the diet.
- Do not follow the diet for more than 21 days without a pause as recommended.
